This is Connie, who was dressing up as a Sexy Witch for Halloween. She requested fantasy eyes, so that's what I gave her. Glitter "Snake" created with Rhinestones & Pearls from the crafts store, and MAC Neon Yellow Glitter (Pro only, see my Mermaid post on where to find a store).
