Here's something that peaked my interest the other day. As part of "The Art of Sexy" Fall 2012 Collection, Too Faced has come out with a
three-way lash lining tool. You don't see these every day! What I really like about it is the three prong tip that gives you more control over how you line your eyes.

As this photo above illustrates, you can dot your inner eye lids to emphasize your lashes (great for bridal!), tightline to give a more smoky effect, and/or draw out a lovely cat eye liner for a fabulous night out.
At only $22 I would definitely give this a shot.
